Rookie end Jabaal Sheard played so well being switched to the left side last week that coach Pat Shurmur wants to keep the change permanent. Sheard made five tackles, had a quarterback hurry and got a strip sack on Colts quarterback Kerry Collins.Jayme Mitchell seemed to benefit from the change, too. Williams has developed a game plan for Matt Schaub.Phillips coached at San Diego when Brees was still playing for the Chargers. They have a mutual respect.Two years ago, when the Saints were undefeated on their way to a Super Bowl victory, the Phillips-coached Dallas Cowboys went to the Superdome and dealt the Saints their first defeat.Phillips and Brees know each other very well.Decision-maker, Phillips said when asked the first word that comes to mind to describe Brees. All the great quarterbacks are great decision-makers.He can make a play when nobody else can. He can move around in the pocket and find somebody that's barely off their man. He's a great guy to be around. He's a great leader. I can't say enough great things about Drew because that's what he is.Schaub and Williams were never on the same team, but they know each other well. The Texans and Saints practice against each other in preseason before their annual exhibition game. In those circumstances, however, Williams has never cut loose his fire blitz on Schaub. That should change in the Superdome.Schaub knows the Texans must continue to run the ball well. They rank fifth in rushing. He also knows if they don't beat the blitz and make a couple of big plays early, Williams won't back off.--After two games, the Texans are throwing the ball less and enjoying it more.The Texans are 2-0.
